End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. What this agreement covers
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") applies to the songs, lyrics, videos and other digital files Stoory delivers to you (the "Content").
2. Your license
Stoory grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the Content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may: listen to and download it; share it with family and friends; play it at private events such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and memorials; and post it on your personal social media accounts.
3. What you may not do
Unless we agree in writing, you may not: sell, license or sublicense the Content; use it commercially, including in advertising, monetized channels or broadcast; upload it to streaming platforms or register it with copyright or content-ID systems yourself; present it as your own original composition; or use it to train AI models.
4. Ownership
Stoory and its licensors keep all rights in the Content that are not expressly granted to you in this EULA.
5. Streaming releases
If you buy a streaming release, Stoory releases the song through its distribution partner, with the title, artist name and credits confirmed with you. The release stays subject to the platforms' own terms.
6. Information you provide
You give us permission to use the names, memories and other information you submit only to create, deliver and support your order. We will not use your personal story or your song in our advertising without your permission.
7. AI-generated content
The Content is created with AI tools. It may share style, structure or common phrases with other works, and its vocals are generated, not performed by a human singer.
8. No warranty
The Content is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law.
9. Termination
This license ends automatically if you break this EULA. If that happens, you must stop using the Content in the restricted ways listed above.
10. Liability and disputes
The Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Time Limit for Claims, Informal Resolution and Mediation, and Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver sections of our Terms of Service (Sections 19 to 22, 25 and 26) also apply to this EULA.
11. Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Contact: help@getstoory.com.
